The holding company (MTS World Consulting LLC) is headquartered in St. Louis Missouri USA. The role of the holding company is to maintain, enhance and develop the MTS System, promote the brand, and license the individual LLC's to execute projects using the MTS methodology.

Message From the Managing Directors

After a combined 75 years’ experience with MTS, the Managing Directors of MTS World have decided it is time to pass the MTS Torch. We recently sold our interests in MTS World to a long-time friend and colleague, Neil Blahut. Neil has been associated with MTS since 1986 and is as dedicated to the MTS Way as we are. With this succession in place, Ken will continue to own and manage MTS World North America LLC; Neil will continue to own and manage MTS World Gulf Coast LLC; and Vince will continue to focus on International Business.

So, as you can see, we are not retiring - at least not yet. We have enjoyed our relationships with our customers and are completely confident that this change will foster those relationships in the years to come.
