For industrial plants, mines, and oil & gas facilities, MTS provides a site-specific training system that does four things:

  1. Designs specific operations and/or maintenance training programs.
  2. Develops the operations and/or maintenance manuals and procedures, or trains the customer how to develop their own documents.
  3. Trains operators and/or maintenance personnel, or trains the customer how to train their personnel.
  4. Measures the result of all of the above.
