Master Every Aspect of Operations

The MTS Learning System is a highly effective approach to operator training which provides operators with an comprehensive understanding of your plant processes.

Process Operation Manual

The MTS World Process Operation Manual (PM) is a detailed, site-specific document that defines a process of a plant or unit and its operation. It describes inputs and outputs, process functions, flow and control diagrams, and troubleshooting processes. It answers 10 Key Questions through text and illustrations to map each major step of the plant procedures.

Planning

Our Front End Analysis of Technology-Organization-People helps us develop the scope of work for a customized training system. This includes developing process maps, competency maps, program design and implementation plan development.

Integrated Solutions

The MTS Learning System is modular system that will integrate with other site compliance initiatives and requirements. Why choose the Four-Phase MTS approach? It is a structured learning system that is focused on adult learning with demonstrated measurable outcomes and minimized time to competency with maximum retention

Project Execution

Our detailed implementation plan defines and tracks the project schedule and highlights critical milestones. Project managers are responsible for the project team assignments, communication with the customer and leading scheduled project review meetings to review the status of the project. Customer feedback is critical to the success of the project and sustainment of the training system. Performance Optimization
Recognizing that training is not done in a vacuum, the design of the MTS projects include mechanisms for integrating other initiatives, or integrating MTS into those initiatives (such as ISO, PSM, TPM, RCM, to name a few).
The MTS Learning System is implemented in a way that is customer-sustainable with annual consulting audits offered.

Performance Optimization

Optimizing process performance is essential for achieving maximum efficiency and output. Our course allows participants to learn how to identify performance bottlenecks and implement targeted improvement initiatives. They will explore advanced optimization techniques to ensure maximum performance.
