The MTS Mission

MTS will be a recognized leader in providing industrial organizations a Systems Approach for managing their Technologies, Organizations and People so that they achieve their objectives.
We will do that by integrating the principles and values of the MTS Management and Learning System with the Customer’s Production, Maintenance and Administrative Support functions.We will do this in ways that provide expected and measurable results.

Our Team

MTS is organized on a project basis. Any team member can be assigned to any project as dictated by project needs. Ultimate responsibility for the project and overall management lies with the leadership team.

Karin Aronson

Director of Operations

Karin Aronson

Karin Aronson has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Missouri and a master’s degree in business administration. Her 25+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing include roles in project and process engineering, maintenance planning and supervision, and operations management. She joined MTS in 2009 and became Director of Operations and owner in 2015.

Ravi Prakash

Ravi Prakash has a Mechanical Engineering degree and a master’s in business administration, both from the Washington University in St. Louis. His 30+ years of experience include roles in mechanical and process design engineering, plant commissioning and training, marketing and technical services, operations and maintenance management, global business P&L management and business development. He joined MTS in 2014 and became Director of Business Development and owner in 2015.

Neil Blahut

Neil Blahut

Neil Blahut has a Psychology degree from Hope College and a master’s degree in industrial psychology specializing in personnel development. He joined MTS in 1987 and became president and owner in 2012. While now essentially retired, he retains ownership in the company and is still active in a leadership role.

Greg Raeman

Greg Raeman

Greg Raeman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He has 30 years of training experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Greg has been the Senior Consultant, U.S. Operations at MTS World since 2015. His primary role is to cultivate relationships and develop partnership opportunities with existing facilities looking to enhance their current operator training program as well as new construction projects seeking a partner to develop operator training while they focus on a safe and timely start-up.

Donna Dunlap

Donna Dunlap

Donna began her 40+ year career with MTS as a print press operator and then in a converting role. She traveled with the MTS on-site engineering teams to convert the technical training manuals required for training while at the plant facilities. She manages the editing and final production of all manuals to meet MTS standards

Drew Riebel

Drew Riebel

Drew Riebel has a Chemical Engineering degree from West Virginia University. His 8 years of experience includes roles of operations training development and implementation, procedure development, and business development. He has led the successful implementation of the MTS Training System at 25+ manufacturing sites, across the world, in various industries. He joined MTS in 2016.

Gary Usery

Gary Usery

Gary Usery has a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas. His 30 years of experience include roles in plant commissioning and startup, operator training, operations management, engineering management, and project and process engineering. His industry experience includes catalyst manufacturing, chemicals manufacturing, biodiesel production and environmental services. He was a customer of MTS while in leadership roles at 3 different chemical plants beginning in 2002. He joined MTS in 2016.

David McCollum

David McCollum

David McCollum has a Chemical Engineering from degree Virginia Tech. His experience started with 10 years of Process Technology work in industrial chemicals manufacturing. After that came 30 years of R&D positions in aviation hydraulic fluids and lubricants, including product development and testing, customer training and technical service. Retiring after 40 years from Eastman Chemical Company, he joined MTS in 2017. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

Whitney Blocker

Whitney Blocker

Whitney Blocker has a Mechanical Engineering degree from McNeese State University. Her 10 years of experience includes roles in project engineering in chemical plants and refineries. She was a customer of MTS while in process and project engineering roles for a grass roots project beginning in 2017. Her work on the grass roots facility included plant pre-commissioning, commissioning, operator training, project management, and process engineering. She joined MTS in 2021.

Vince Estrada

Vince Estrada

Vince Estrada has a Chemical Engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Xavier University. Vince is also certified by The Institute of Management Consultants. He began his professional career at Monsanto and joined MTS in 1972. Since joining MTS, he has performed/managed numerous projects world-wide. Vince’s primary focus has been in the international arena. Vince is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Kathleen Prakash

Kathleen Prakash has a Chemical Engineering degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Her 15 years of experience in manufacturing include roles in plant process engineering, process safety, environmental regulatory compliance, plant design and production supervision. She joined MTS in 2019. She is also a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri.

Jim Fordonski

Jim Fordonski

Jim Fordonski has a Mechanical Engineering degree and a master’s degree in business administration. His 30 years of experience include roles in plant engineering and business development and management within the specialty chemicals industry, focused on manufacturing management, plant commissioning and startup, and operator training. He joined MTS in 2017.

Donna Dunlap

Donna Dunlap

Donna Dunlap started with MTS in 1982 and is currently the owner of Dunlap Technical Publications, Inc. Donna manages the final production of all manuals to meet MTS standards.

Ken Taylor

Ken Taylor has a Chemical Engineering degree from the Indiana Institute of Technology. He worked for ARCO Refining as a project engineer and director of operational training prior to joining MTS in 1976. He has written hundreds of manuals and has managed many MTS projects.
